Pre-order delivery

All current products are supplied on a pre-order basis. Estimated delivery within Qatar is 5–8 days after payment confirmation.

The 5–8 day window is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Supplier processing, customs, weekends and logistics may affect timing.

Supplier delays

If a supplier or carrier reports a delay, we will update you on WhatsApp with the revised estimate and the options available for your order.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation before we confirm and place the order with our supplier. Once supplier processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds and returns

If an order is cancelled by us, unavailable from the supplier, incorrect, damaged or eligible for return, we will explain the applicable refund or replacement process. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless they arrived faulty.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by brand and product. We confirm available coverage before payment and assist with valid warranty claims and supporting documents.
